When will I receive my order?
Due to a massive influx of orders and issues with supply chain management, we are currently shipping most orders directly from our manufacturers warehouse. Processing time is currently around 3-5 days, plus 15-40 days for delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 1 business day without penalty. If this time has passed, please contact us.
If we haven’t yet shipped your order, we would be happy to help you out.
Will I receive a tracking number?
If you have chosen a tracked shipping option at checkout, you will receive a tracking number when we have shipped your order. If you have chosen free delivery, keep an eye on your mail box and it should be there soon!
Can I return my order?

Can I exchange for something else?
Yes, definitely! Please refer to our refund policy. Please note that we charge a 15% restocking fee on all returns and exchanges.
How can I make a complaint?
We hope you will never need to, but if you have any complaints or concerns, you can email our owner at firstname.lastname@example.org and she will be happy to help you!
Although our pieces are waterproof, ensure that you dry the piece thoroughly to ensure that it lasts for years.
Store in a cool, dry place and remove while showering or during strenuous activity.
Our pieces are tarnish free* based on everyday use.
Where are your products made?
Our products are designed in Canada, and manufactured by our wonderful suppliers in China. Although we would love to be able to manufacture in Canada, we simply just do not have the resources to do so.
Rest assured, our suppliers and products are carefully vetted and inspected. We hope that one day we will be able to manufacture our products in-house, here in Canada.
